Cancellation & Refund Policy
If you wish to cancel your Booking or part of it, you may do so through the Website or Booking Line. Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the entry time and date specified in your Booking will receive a refund.
Please note that this right to a refund does not affect your legal rights. No refund will be given for cancellations made 24 hours or less before the entry time and date specified in your Booking. We will not refund any telephone booking administration charge or credit card surcharge.
